1. What this service does

sus.bot reports what your robots.txt tells search engines, AI crawlers and anyone else who reads it. This site is where you sign in, see the products your plan includes, and open the reports we prepare for you.

Reports are prepared from the sites you ask us to watch. We read what those sites serve publicly and nothing else.

2. Your account

You need an account to see anything here. Keep your password to yourself: anyone who has it can read everything your account can read, and can delete the account.

One person, one account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using yours.

3. Plans and products

New accounts start on the Free plan. A paid plan or an individual product unlocks more; what each one includes is listed on the start page and on your products page.

A product you bought stays readable to you even if your plan changes later. A product that only comes with a plan stops being readable when that plan ends.

4. What a report is, and is not

A report describes what a file says, not what a crawler does. robots.txt is a request, not an access control. Treat a report as evidence, never as your only protection for a path.

We work to keep reports correct and current, but we do not promise that a report is complete or free of error.

5. Fair use

Ask us to watch sites you own or are permitted to test. Do not use this service to probe or stress anyone else's site.

Do not resell or republish the content of a product without asking us first. We may suspend an account that does.

6. Availability

The service is provided as it stands. We plan maintenance where we can, and we may change or retire features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sitefig SARL-S is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including decisions made on the basis of a report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

A new version is posted here with a new effective date. If a change matters to you, we say so in the product at least 14 days beforehand. Using the service after that date accepts the new version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Luxembourg, and disputes go to the competent courts of Luxembourg. Questions first, though: https://sus.bot/contact/
